Stonehaven was founded with a simple ambition: to create the kind of British roleplay community people are proud to call home.
We combine structured emergency-service roleplay with rich civilian storytelling, fair leadership and consistent weekly patrols. The aim is not to imitate every other community — it is to keep improving the standard.

What you are actually joining.
Most communities promise realism and professionalism. The difference is whether there is anything behind it when you turn up on a Tuesday night. These are the things we would want to know before applying somewhere ourselves.
A whitelisted community, on purpose
Everyone goes through an application and onboarding before they get access. It is slower to join, and it is the reason patrols hold their standard.
Civilian roleplay is not the waiting room
Civilians are a department in their own right, with their own storylines. You are never obliged to put on a uniform to matter here.
One world, not four servers
Police, ambulance, fire and civilians work the same incidents. Multi-agency scenes are the point rather than an occasional event.
An identity of our own
Our vehicles, crests, callsigns and campaigns are built for Stonehaven, so the county looks and sounds like one place instead of a collection of downloads.
A dependable time to play
A scheduled weekly patrol window between 19:30 and 22:00 means you know when the community will be there, without needing to be online every night.
Leadership you can reach
Feedback goes somewhere. Decisions are explained, issues are dealt with by people who are on patrol too, and members are told when something changes.

Is Stonehaven a whitelisted community?
Yes. Prospective members complete an application and onboarding process before gaining full access to the community.
When do scheduled patrols take place?
Patrols are scheduled weekly, with a core operating window between 19:30 and 22:00. Exact dates and attendance information are shared internally.
Do I need to join an emergency service?
No. Civilian roleplay is central to Stonehaven. Members can build characters and stories as civilians, or apply for approved emergency-service roles.
Which services can I roleplay with?
Stonehaven currently supports civilian roleplay, Stonehaven Constabulary, Stonehaven Ambulance Service and Stonehaven Fire & Rescue Service.
Is this connected to real UK emergency services?
No. Stonehaven is a fictional roleplay community. Its organisations, crests and content are created for entertainment and are not affiliated with real emergency services, public bodies or the NHS.
